4 Foot Strengthening Exercises
The four exercises in this video challenges the muscles of your feet with your toes. Previously we had five exercises and decided to take the focus away from toe lifts because shoes with toe springs shorten the muscles and we want to avoid exacerbating the problem further. We shift the focus to these four exercises all help strengthen the arch intrinsic muscles and facilitate the process of aligning and restoring your feet.
Exercises:
1. Toe presses
2. Toe spreading
3. Short foot
4. Hacky sack curls
Perform the exercises on each foot for 5-10 repetitions, at least 2-3 times per day.

    I caught a cramp on my left foot. I usually try to walk it out and balance it and it works out BUT not this time! It was sooo bad I was locked. I could not move standing up and leaning on the wall. Make matters worse my toddler was yelling at me to turn around and look at him bc he needed me. I was yelling I can’t and he was yelling at me to turn around all while my foot was cramping soooooo bad that I literally froze. 🤦🏻‍♀️😫😫🤣🤣🤷🏻‍♀️

      Correct toes are designed to be worn all day weather that is walking, running, at work, as there are foot-shaped shoe options available to promote all day use. We typically tell people to start slow by wearing for 30 minutes a day and increasing by increments of 30 minutes until you are comfortable and use to wearing them all day.

    just scream the story of gus harlow at your toes and theyle be fine heres the story Once upon a time, in a quaint village nestled between rolling hills and ancient forests, there lived a man named Gus Harlow. Gus was a peculiar sort of fellow, known throughout the village for his eccentric ideas and unyielding optimism. He had an old, worn-out garden shed where he spent most of his days tinkering with curious inventions and whimsical experiments. His latest project, however, was rather unusual even by his standards: he aimed to grow a wall potato. The idea had come to him during one of his late-night reading sessions. Gus had been poring over old folklore about magical plants and mythical gardens when he stumbled upon a story about a magical potato that could grow in the most unlikely of places. The tale was whimsical and fantastical, but Gus was determined to make it a reality. He found a large, sturdy brick wall behind his shed, which had seen better days. The bricks were weathered and worn, and moss had begun to creep between the cracks. To Gus, this was the perfect spot for his experiment. He envisioned a potato growing from the wall, its roots spreading out and perhaps even producing a bountiful harvest of wall-grown tubers. Armed with a basket of potatoes and a sense of purpose, Gus set to work. Every day, he would hurl potatoes at the brick wall with enthusiastic abandon. He experimented with different throwing techniques-overhand, underhand, and even sidearm-to see if one method was more effective than another. The villagers would often pause in their daily routines to watch him from a distance, exchanging bemused glances and chuckles. Despite the onlookers' amusement, Gus remained undeterred. His neighbors, who had grown accustomed to his odd projects, eventually offered their support. Mrs. Barlow, the local baker, would bring him freshly baked bread to sustain his energy, while Mr. Perkins, the blacksmith, would cheer him on as he polished his tools. They all believed in Gus’s unshakeable spirit, if not his specific goal. Weeks turned into months, and Gus’s wall was now littered with bruised and battered potatoes, many of which had begun to sprout little shoots. To his surprise, one morning he noticed something extraordinary: a single green shoot had emerged from the mortar between two bricks. It was tiny and delicate, but unmistakably alive. Gus was overjoyed. He carefully tended to the shoot, nurturing it with water and patience. The villagers watched in awe as the little green sprout grew stronger and taller, its leaves unfurling with each passing day. It wasn’t exactly a potato plant growing directly out of the bricks, but it was something even better-a testament to Gus’s dedication and belief in the extraordinary. By the end of the season, the shoot had grown into a robust potato plant, with several small potatoes forming at its base. The wall potato experiment had yielded results, though not in the way Gus had originally imagined. Instead of a wall of potatoes, he had cultivated a symbol of perseverance and wonder. One crisp autumn afternoon, the villagers gathered around Gus’s wall to celebrate his success. They marveled at the unusual sight and enjoyed a hearty feast of freshly harvested potatoes. Gus, grinning from ear to ear, raised a toast to his friends and neighbors. “To the wall potato!” he proclaimed. “Proof that with enough belief and a little bit of whimsy, anything is possible.” And so, the legend of Gus Harlow and his wall potato spread far and wide. It became a beloved tale in the village, a reminder that even the most unconventional dreams can bear fruit if one only dares to throw a few potatoes at the wall.

    But where to find the correct shoes??... I now have morton's neuroma and I think it is due to the wrong shoes, though I have been wearing comfortable Ecco shoes for.. 10 years maybe. Still now I know more, and think they were to narrow, so I got wider shoes some time ago. Manufacturers should warn the wearers of their shoes that they are a health hazard, similar to cigarettes for instance. Maybe I'll try and sue them.

    This information helped so much that you can't imagine. For many months I wasted my time stretching my big toe back as if I had buniion. The reason I thought I had a bunion is because my big toe has a big bone on the side. I used to wear narrow shoes all my life eventhough I have wide flat feet. Then my big toe shifted to the smaller fingers -developing bone groth on the side of my toe. I developed swelling under the big toe. Now, because of this information I wear toe seperators and insoles and I already felt the deference. Thank you so much for the help!

    • @correcttoes
      @correcttoes 26 дней назад

      Hi there, great question! This will depend on the persons foot and current strength in specific muscles.Like working out, everyone starts at a different spot. In some cases we've seen improvement as early as a couple of months, and others a year or so. The biggest piece is consistency, and finding a routine that works for you.

    • @correcttoes
      @correcttoes Месяц назад

      Hey there, the fit of Correct Toes with mens vivo shoes is dependent upon the foot as we've found those with narrow feet can fit them comfortably but those with wider feet had to make modifications of the Correct Toes. The Primus Lite Knit would be a great option to try out as the material is slightly more flexible around the toe box area.

    This might help very mild early bunions, but how could it undo bone growth that pushes the big toe towards, and even under, the second toe ? 🇬🇧🤔👣🤔🇬🇧

    • @correcttoes
      @correcttoes Месяц назад

      Hi, yes the big toe is pushed towards the second toe. However bunions are not so much a bone growth as it is a progressive dislocation of the big toes typically caused by a tapered toe box. As the big toe becomes dislocated towards the second toe, it pushes the head of the first metatarsal towards the inside of the foot, giving the appearance of a bump of bone forming. You may find our article on common myths surrounding bunions and our video very helpful as it goes into more depth of some of misconceptions.
